Please find below a more detailed description of the property:

- It is located in the countryside, a hilly area in the North-West side of Romania.
- The vineyard is the property of three different companies and they are all owned by the same
entrepreneur.
Respectively, a company owns about 150 ha, the second about 75 ha and the third also about 75 ha .
It can be purchased separately, ie the property of two companies, respectively about 225 ha, only the
property of a single company, respectively about 75 ha or all the properties, ie all the 300 ha .
- The plantation covers more than 300 hectares. Overall it is well maintained and mainly natural fertilisers
are used;
- Around 85% (~250 hectares) of the land is on freehold (owned by the entrepreneur), while 15% (~50
hectares) is on leasehold for 15 years. Alternatively, the land which is on leasehold can be acquired as
well;
- The grapevines were planted in 2011, 2012 and 2014. More specifically, around 157 hectares of
grapevines are 10 years old, with the remaining 143 hectares ranging from 7 to 9 years.
- Additionally, there`s also the opportunity of buying at a separate price the whole production line,
machinery end equipment needed for maintenance, processing and harvesting.



Over the years, our wine has won several medals at different wine contests. Please find attached the most

Approx. 300 ha noble vineyard located in the hilly area of Satu Mare county, area with very old tradition in
the culture of the vine. The plantation is only 3 km from the national / European road, 34 km from the
international airport and 50 km from the border with Hungary.
Vineyard is the property of 3 Romanian companies with the same administrator / owner and is divided
into two parcels very close to each other about 5-600 m, respectively approx. 225 ha if one. 75 ha of the
other.
Approx. 85% representing own land, and the rest of approx. 15% is land for lease with a 15 year contract,
with the possibility of immediate purchase (rent is 400kg wheat / year).
The age of the vine is 7 and 10 years, of which approx. 157 ha is 10 years old.
Life in general is very well maintained and does not require very large investments to complete / replant
some deficiencies.

the platform with the land associated with two buildings on the metallic structure covered with sandwich
panel, of which one with controlled air, with a storage capacity of about 750,000 liters in stainless steel
tanks. different capacities , scrapers, pumps, filters, grape presses, tractors, combine harvester ,
platforms , a whole processing line , a line that requires some investments.
Also at the deal we have the whole range of equipment, respectively small and large tractors, relatively no
old, with the related accessories for the maintenance of the vineyard.
We also have over 70 hectares of arable land for sale, also in that area only at plain .

The reason for the sale? Family , children have other plans and more . We are interested in the
